We’re a trio of friends who met right here in Warrnambool back in 2021, and we bonded over our shared love of bringing people together, having a blast, and capturing life’s simple, beautiful moments. What started as a dream to create something we could enjoy while spreading joy to others has evolved into the heart and soul of Momentous Events.
The earlier the better! Most people lock in their spot 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. But if your event is coming up soon, just give us a call, if we’re free, we’ll happily fit you in.
Absolutely. Think of our packages as a starting point. If you’d like extra hours, want to bundle a photo booth with photography, or have something specific in mind, we’ll adjust it to suit your event.
Warrnambool is home, but we also travel to surrounding areas. If your event is a little further out, we might just add a small travel fee nothing crazy. Just let us know where your party’s happening, and we’ll make it work.
